
Popcorn Balls

This holiday favorite is a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 lb. of marshmallows
1 1/3 to 1 1/2 cups of popcorn (unpopped)
Instructions
Place 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in hot air popper. Make 2 batches of popcorn, each approximately 2/3 cup of kernels
Place butter and marshmallows in a large covered pot over low heat
Stir marshmallow mixture as needed until melted
Pour marshmallow mixture over (popped) popcorn in a large roaster and stir to coat
Using clean hands, butter your hands to keep from sticking and form the balls just like you would a snowball!
Wrap popcorn balls in wax paper, plastic wrap or sandwich bags to keep fresh
